Well, here are a few quotes from the article that seem to target students who have more than a bachelor degree:

- keiferski 15y agoNot sure if you're American, but "graduates" typically means "one who graduates from a Bachelor's program", at least in this context. Most of your selected quotes are (probably) referring to programmers who only have a Bachelor's in CS.
