From the article you linked it's going to be between 2025-2030... which by previous history of these companies it's likely going to be 2040+ > This is like a who’s who of companies that spacex have been making look bad recently. Their own lack of innovation and constant delays are making themselves look bad. (and outright maliciousness on blue origin with moon contracts).
