There exists a similar guide to this for obtaining subscriber information for an IP address. Including a table that listed which providers would hand over data without a subpoena and what the retention period was for each provider. One of the interesting things I remember seeing was that it was noted that T-Mobile had never been able to supply such information to LEO. I have seen it before but never had direct access to it.
