You worry about something that is out of your control:
1. Age.
2. What some specific company do
As a dev you must keep your skills up to date and try to become expert in up and coming tech. I am not sure why this changes with age.
- giantg2 5y agoThe older I get and the more I know about a company, the less interested/motivated I am. Less motivation means slower learning, for me. So there seems to be some indirect effect for me.
