Ontario to propose ban on non-compete clauses for employees
- waldohatesyou 5y agoI have to admit I'm deeply impressed by the move the provincial government is making here. I'm used to incompetence from Doug Ford but this is an incredibly forward-thinking policy.
- visiblink 5y agoAgreed. The provision that calls for businesses to create a policy on the "right to disconnect" at the end of the workday is great too. You have to give credit where credit is due...
