As someone in a leadership role is it more important to keep the camera on?
- djbusby 5y agoWhen I'm chair, I keep the camera on, else, depends on the room.
- peakaboo 5y agoYes it's an advantage if other team members feel inspired by seeing you on camera. But if you don't like it, you have to decide if it's worth the discomfort to get that advantage. The way it works is... You make a decision like that, people will ask you why. You explain it by saying you don't want to be on camera a few times. After a while it becomes normal and nobody ever asks again. It's very simple.
