- sharken 5y agoHaving the camera on is not a requirement for doing actual work. It can be nice to see your fellow coworkers, but it's no substitution for an actual physical meeting. Having worked both in a remote and office setting, i much prefer the latter as it makes for better relations and getting to know people. I guess remote work is just not for everyone.
