The pH scale is exponential, so a pH of 2.4 compared to 1.5 is roughly a tenth as acidic as the stomach's. Is that 'close' ? I'm not sure.

- seba_dos1 5y agopH of 1.5 is more acidic than pH of 2.4. Neutral pH is 7.
