- mistrial9 5y ago> storm is tiny by East Coast standards OK but natural water flow is adapted to local conditions, over generations.. a disaster is something that doesn't fit capacity.. I had a similar aha moment as you when casually talking to a stranger about the rain in California - she looked dismissive and said "I am from Michigan" and walked off !
