I used to know a Russian carder, he didn't think he did anything wrong. Their excuse was, "here in Russia we're poor, and Americans are rich! If they lose some money, no one will really be hurt!" Fortunately they were all later caught in a raid by police after one of the foreign victims didn't give up and tipped the local police. That can explain why they think of themselves as the victims here, and why attacking US organizations is OK.
