If your previous efforts to socialite weren’t successful, it might mean that you tried with the wrong people. Do more of the stuff you really like. Look for things you like outside your home. Don’t worry if these activities don’t align with what you think would commonly be called „fun“. Spend an hour or two at the local library browsing every other day? Far from the mainstream, but it’s a great way to meet like-minded people. This is just an example, your interests may be different. The key is to identify and cultivate them. Socializing is always easiest when you have something that you are passionate about.
