Ask HN: What big companies (really) hire recent graduates?

I'm graduating next year as SE and I got an offer from IBM, and since Covid I just see Senior jobs openings, increasingly in the last two years. Why is that? I wonder are big companies still hiring recent graduates? Where should I look at?
