  > 'This decision is final and irrevocable'. That is that and it is their service and Venmo IS also PayPal Inc. which is a private company and can refuse service to ANYONE. This is the reason to use cryptocurrencies in your OWN wallets and NOT using Venmo / PayPal's service due to the Not your keys, Not your coins rule. When will they learn that these services will NOT change?
