A highball guess: A 1kw generator would cost around $70, so the generators and power components would cost around $2000. Throw in another $1500 for the structure, and $500 in setup labor.
$4000 usd, and assume 10% of peak potential output per day, so (24hx25kw)/10 = 60kwh/day
14 cents per kwh x 60 x 365 = $3066 worth of power per year. Not bad.
