- colejohnson66 5y agoHistorical precedent wouldn’t be on Sony’s side. The Bleem! lawsuit in 1999 from (none other than) Sony was found in Bleem!’s favor. As long as the BIOS or any other copyrighted code isn’t included, Sony wouldn’t have a leg to stand on.
