New FCC rules could force wireless carriers to block spam texts
- andrewclunn 5y agoI got a second phone. Gave the number out to absolutely NOBODY. The amount of calls and texts (all spam) that this new phone gets is astounding. Even that said, I wonder what will constitute "spam" according to the FCC. Well there's always Signal.
