- aurizon 5y agoLOL, This has got to be prior art. I can recall assorted radio etc links along these lines. Starlink and Satphones come to mind...
- Someone 5y agoIANAL, but I expect lawyers would say satellites aren’t “aerial systems”, on the ground that they are barely flying through air. Even if they qualify, you most of the time cannot put all details in the title of a patent. That can make titles more generic than the patent proper. because of that, titles alone can’t be used to determine whether something else is prior art. (This isn’t a claim about this patent. I know too little about this field to make an educated guess about that, and found it too much effort to try to understand what this patent describes)
