The more junior people 'holiday' 10-215 times a year, lots of weekends away etc. The mid level typically do the school holiday schedules and the senior staff are all over the place. On the flip side a middle aged neighbour with two kids who makes 30k a year is on their 4th foreign trip this year, while saving up to finish the sleeve they have been working on for the last couple of years.
