I didn't know that I think he had abstraction, logic, understanding, learning, reasoning, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving pinned down, I doubt the ability of planning would have mattered too much the key areas that I would personally say are important are logic, abstraction, critical thinking, problem solving and creativity the rest are important and can seriously help but are nice to haves
