In my experience, Squats and Deadlifts with a 7' Olympic bar are the best bang for your 'time-bucks'.
I'm also looking at Hindu Squats as the 'do-anywhere'/'rainy day'/'other excuse' general purpose exercise.
- highace 15y agoDeadlifts are arguably the best thing you can do to your body, however they're also the easiest to get wrong and wreck your spine, so be careful and don't push them - based on 3yrs of personal gym experience and 1 yr of gym retirement due to herniated disc.
