- rightbyte 5y agoI've seen so much code being messed up by dogmatically trying to follow "best practice". The worst offender is exchanging state variables for storing the state in the code path.

- allknowingfrog 5y agoMy favorite expression of this idea is "Write Everything Twice", if only because WET has a nice symmetry with DRY.
