Browsers are notoriously distracting as well. The browser extension looks good and functions well, but for me it would be more useful as a front-end to an existing note taking app (in my case, Notion). Another thing I noticed: keyboard events while typing in a note seem to still be sent to the underlying page, which may react weirdly to that.
