IMHO the scale is a terrible idea... at first glance (which is all an ad gets) it presents the 1/4 pounder as the higher/top choice. Not to mention subconsciously, people will see a heavier thing as being bad.

My eyes were instantly drawn to the 1/4. It looks like the winner being held up to me.

  same here, pretty funny that they kind of messed up the marketing of this again.
