Supply-chain crisis, hoarding products spark food shortages across US
- LinuxBender 5y agoJust an observation, but the picture in the article is an interesting and odd example. Aside from the toilet paper, almost everything in that persons cart is garbage. Maybe it is stock footage? Not to give people ideas, but hording food should be meats and vegetables. They should be canned, jarred, freeze-dried if the concern is around shortages. Freeze-dried eggs can last 25 years and are a super-food. All that junk in that persons cart won't keep them or their family alive and won't last long. I am near the Idaho border and have not seen any of this behavior yet and we only have one grocery store. In fact half the license plates in the parking lot are from Idaho. Is anyone else here witnessing this behavior?
