Someone needs to come up with realistic Mac benchmarks. Like 'seconds it takes for Finder beachball to disappear'. At this metric my M1 sees no improvement over my MB12.
- bborud 5y agoBeachball disappears when Apple's developers learn to write asynchronous code. (You can't blaame the hardware for programming decisions that are fundamentally slow or stupid).
