OP, make sure to test your site with a non-maximized desktop browser that is taller than it is wide. Your site has severe layout issues in this orientation, with text overlapping text, the clock overlapping the text, the links overlapping the logo. It seems like it isn't using the mobile layout, it's trying to show the landscape desktop layout despite the portrait aspect of the browser window. On a mobile device it looks fine when it kicks into the mobile layout.
