How would one go about collecting money from being denied employment at Facebook in favor of an H1B applicant?

- Dalrymple 5y agoThe official settlement memo says that key information is all in Attachment A. However, Attachment A was not attached, and as far as I can tell, is nowhere to be found. If anyone should find Attachment A, please inform us of its location.

- micromacrofoot 5y agoI'd guess you'd have to start by figuring out if the role you applied for went to a H1B applicant, and then hire a lawyer to see if a lawsuit would be viable.
- VRay 5y agoI wonder if you could make a business out of helping qualified US residents apply to these fake job postings and suing the companies when they get turned down..
