I agree that hours are bullshit, but I have always found a morning standup to coordinate goals and objectives to be exceedingly useful. But i often run into opposition by the "free and easy" types. Thoughts?
- addandsubtract 15y agoSolution: have standup meetings before lunch. Everyone wants to go to lunch, so by doing a standup meeting beforehand, you'll be sure to keep it short and to the point. Plus it can be extended into lunch if needed.
