It's an useful resource. According to their features page, I think if you register you can export (download) the schema DDL.
It would be nice to get sample data too. It's quite hard to find good sample databases with data in them, and in tidily constrained schemas.
Supposedly you can get an Access Database (yuck) at http://www.databaseanswers.org/data_models/ http://www.databaseanswers.org/data_models/ by emailing the site owner (yuck2).
