I like the explanation! I believe the 2 dimensional time zones are: local time zone, and global time zone. The local time zones already exist, the global time zone also already exists and it's UTC. hTime puts both in one clock so the reading of time is the same everywhere and still maps this to our local times for our daily life locally. How would you implement your idea? Do you have any sketches or notes about that?
