Yes it can and is used for profiling, but it's even easier than that - you can just call "Intl.DateTimeFormat().resolvedOptions().timeZone" on modern browsers

Yes it can and is used for profiling, but it's even easier than that - you can just call "Intl.DateTimeFormat().resolvedOptions().timeZone" on modern browsers or use Date's getTimezoneOffset
