- rossdavidh 5y agoAlternative theory to all of these discussed here: Zillow, with more data than most others in this market, is earlier than most to realize that we have reached the top, and it's time to stop buying and focus on selling what you've got as quickly as possible.
- amerine 5y agoYou read my mind. Completely anecdotally, it feels like the real estate crazy has really slowed down here in Portland compared to early summer. I think you are right, or it’s a seasonal slowdown cause of winter.
