I know a lot of people like XAML, but as a XAML skeptic (yes, I've had the misfortune to work with it professionally), maybe MS should take note that all XAML-based UI frameworks end up being unpopular outside of LOB apps and they keep on deprecating them (or virtually abandoning them like WPF), but still keep on remaking basically the same framework over and over again, developer experience-wise.
