  It's only available in a few states :( I’m only commenting on what I’ve seen. I’m sure a lot of people get through the system just fine with no issues. But this list is a compilation of many people experiencing issues receiving healthcare.

    It's definitely an issue. A shame the HMO model didn't catch on more.
