- davidw 5y agoThat short changes industries that may be important but just don't pay as much as others. And it also perpetuates the "magic number" of visas, which is not based on anything rational or reasoned. It's just a number someone invented.
- tharne 5y agoOr we could just have an education system that results in a highly-skilled U.S. labor force. Imagine that.
