- version_five 5y agoPosting this because I just saw a job ad that says the job requires a pre-recorded interview that includes a coding test on this platform. I'm curious if people have been subjected to this, and if people have skipped applying based on the request to do this.
- JSeymourATL 5y agoEssentially, this is an automated applicant screening tool. Presumably, individuals who jump through these dehumanizing hoops will be seriously ‘motivated’ and ‘qualified’. From a talent attraction perspective, it’s a major turn-off. Imagine if a potential client or investor signaled interest in the company. Do you think a live human would jump on Zoom with them PDQ?
