No. I also use Dvorak + Vim and I'm happy with the hjkl placement. Sure they're not all adjacent, but there's enough symmetry that I've never found it annoying.

- helmholtz 5y agoMate, that's still a ways away from being 'good'. For one thing, I'm constantly recording macros in vim when I mean to scroll down.
