For a large industry, the cost of deleting a bucket is not even a thought, for an SMB or a developer it's a problem. If you don't use special tools not available elsewhere, such as AWS' SageMaker, or Google's TPUs, ...., then it's probably not economically interesting to use the Amazon, Microsoft or Google clouds.
