- black6 5y agoI'm only on chapter 3 and it's amazed me how prescient (or in touch) Cols. Qiao Liang and Wang Xiangsui were regarding NGOs and wealthy international financiers (Soros is mentioned specifically, many times) being used as tools of financial warfare.
