Redis is a fine cache, but using it as the primary data store is the way of pain.
- vishnugupta 5y ago+1 in general. However, we used Redis as a session store and we were OK with users going through the pain of re-login if Redis lost the data. So, in a way I guess the use of the word "Ephemeral" is correct IMO.
