My biggest gripe with DDG is that the search results are visually not as appealing as $GOOG, and I've tried several times to use it but it causes a barely perceptible eye strain for me and always end up back at big G. I find the ddg results page to have too much decoration/not just the raw links/information. Maybe el Goog has just completely conditioned my brain after years of use. Anyone else have a similar experience?
