People get used to the messy UI after a while and don't want it re-shuffled yet again. MS should give up on getting new consumers, they lost that game already.

People get used to the messy UI after a while and don't want it re-shuffled yet again. MS should give up on getting new consumers, they lost that game already. People have to learn Windows for work and use PC's at home after becoming familiar with them. In short, people use Windows for familiarity, NOT user friendliness. MS may shoot their foot if they monkey with the first. Their UI overhauls are rarely significantly better anyhow. They have all the hallmarks of design-by-committee. MS, you can't do UI's anymore, givittup.
