I borrowed a Concept 2 at the start of the pandemic, it was great but they are pretty noisy (fan provides resistance). Eventually I returned it and bought a waterrower. I've been very happy with it. It's mostly wood, so looks nice, but more importantly (for me) it's much quieter than the concept2, and the performance is very similar (0). Highly recommend. (0) I've rowed a lot on Concept2 machines, even on professional competitions, I was expecting bigger differences.
