Apple brings MagSafe 3 to the new MacBook Pro
- Canada 5y agoI like the ability to connect my laptop to my monitor with a single USB-C cable and charge off that. I wouldn't mind having both options - MagSafe in my bedroom, USB-C at my desk.
- jshier 5y agoIt does. All of the TB4/USB-C ports on the new MBPs can be used to charge as well, they just can't do the new fast charging.
- Rebelgecko 5y agoCan the new magsafe carry data too? That'd make it handy for docking stations since it looks like the other end is USB-C
- fomine3 5y agoI wonder is Apple already decided to reintroduce MagSafe for MacBook when they named iPhone's magnet MagSafe.
