If that's what they're playing, they're doing a mediocre job of it. They should be forcing Microsoft and Google to rent their cloud services, then using high rents there to force them to sell their own cloud services to Amazon. Not likely to work out for them there. But, to your point, I'm sure they would if they knew how.
