Show HN: Show a random quote from your Goodreads Account on your GitHub readme
- prakashqwerty 5y agoI wanted to show my goodreads favourite quotes on my github Profile Readme in a random order, but Random Quotes widget provided by goodreads cannot be used directly on markdown. So, I built a simple service that renders the goodreads quotes (from random quotes widget) as a SVG Image thus, compatible with github Markdown, hosted on vercel. repo: https://github.com/prakashsellathurai/Goodreads-Random-Quotes-Badge https://github.com/prakashsellathurai/Goodreads-Random-Quote... demo: https://goodreads-random-quotes-badge.vercel.app/getbadge?goodReadsUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.goodreads.com%2Fuser%2Fshow%2F105903487-prakash-sellathurai https://goodreads-random-quotes-badge.vercel.app/getbadge?go...
