You're always at risk of being infected with the brain worms and could set out to abuse others. If you read through the article it becomes clear that the solution isn't to stop online abuse (difficult to distinguish between healthy dialogue) but surveillance companies need to stop training the abusers with their Skinner Boxes. And they don't because hate fuels engagement.
