Something to the effect of: "you invest some $$ and we will discontinue the multi-billion dollar lawsuit we're pursuing against you - win, win!"
- philwelch 15y agoApple had a lot of leverage in that lawsuit, too. It wasn't this vague "look-and-feel" nonsense that was dismissed before--Apple had MS dead to rights stealing the source code to QuickTime.
