Back in IDF boot-camp we used to sleep like 5 hours a night or less. So I had a thing with my bottom left eyelid starting to twitch randomly. I went to the medic, which referred me to a psychiatrist, which told me not to worry about that. A year and a half later it went away. Rarely, when I am exceptionally tired it will show up.
