Yes. I applaud their effort to make this happen. But, it still hurts to make a choice of modular and open versus “newer and better”. If they could try to make the compromise amuck lower, they have my money. I am comparing framework laptop with ASUS 16 X OLED with Ryzen 5000 series chip. Both are not available where I live(Netherlands) yet. But, if Framework publishes a timeline of when to expect a Ryzen equivalent, I’d wait. If not, ASUS it is.
